Acerbic, sullen and misthropic comedy at it’s finest. Charlie Brooker is one of the best writers working in Britain today and after over a decade slumming it on late night BBC 4 he’s finally gone mainstream, and we couldn’t be happier. Because who knew being a cranky fuck could be done so beautifully?

We tried to cover the bulk of work from his gut-busting review shows to his award-winning dramas. Video Games may have changed the world, but he’s changed the art of critique. Don’t say he didn’t; he did.
