Papa Gede's was one of the first small bars to open in Sydney shortly after the Liquor Amendment Bill was created in 2013. Now a staple of the city's bar scene, the candlelit boozer is renown for its absinthe list- which features drops from France, Switzerland, America and New South Wales. Owner Lara Dignam joins Around Town to celebrate ten years of Zombie making and shaking.
