As we age,
We look into the mirror and agree upon
“We lovable creatures in the nudes”

Golden and silverfish too
… and leaping Paper Frogs
All seem to be with heavy years
Our nostalgia increases with time

… and all that remains
Are shadows of youths
All must come to an end
Except for my Paper Frog

For has no heart
He knows no defense
He is never offended
For he never knew a friend
