Julie is the founder of The Fat Girl’s Guide to Running blog.  In her blog Julie shares her personal experience of going from a 280 pounds beer guzzling, cheesecake eating, couch potato to multiple marathon runner and plus size role model. In this podcast Julie discusses her evolution of running and advice she would give to all of those Goal Crushers out there who are thinking about starting their own health journey.
