In this parable, we learn Jesus' teaching on forgiveness. While God wants to forgive us if we return to Him, repent, and ask for forgiveness. We may not see forgiveness from those who are in the family of God. Jesus explains we all need to forgive each other always. Just as God has forgiven us. We all should be grateful for the forgiveness Christ has done for us. In return, we are asked to forgive others who have sinned against us.
