John continues our Parables series with the parable of the unforgiving servant from Matthew 18, challenging us to move beyond treating forgiveness as a transaction and instead recognize our own unpayable debt, receive God's extravagant grace, and release forgiveness to others. He reminds us that unforgiveness imprisons us, not the person who wronged us, and that freely receiving God's mercy empowers us to freely give it.
