Paradise Loops 064 w/ Redfreya

Paradise Loops is a groove infused mix series aimed to provide a backdrop of balearic, anthemic and nostalgic sounds on those sun-soaked glory days.

Redfreya brings her incredibly silky melodic and deep house selections for 90 minutes this week for our 64 edition of the mix series. Freya has been garnering a lot of attention of late with her monthly Bloop radio show, and sharing line ups with the likes of Dominik Eulberg, Jan Blomqvist and Tinlicker.

"I’ve been inspired by the ambient ‘sunshine’ beats and spectrum of electronica to be found in the Paradise Loops mix series. When I’m playing in a club or on my Bloop radio show, I usually stick to quite a niche sound palette, very deep, melodic, emotive and minimalistic. But I’m also a big fan of a broader range of sounds, and I wanted to use this mix for PL as an opportunity to showcase some broader electronica and housey elements, including more upbeat / breaky tracks that I wouldn’t normally play on the dancefloor.
