Hey welcome back. We are now on episode 19 (again) of Retro Parallel Words. I assume I titled it "It Begins" because it's when I finally figured out the episode numbering again.

Mr. Numbers is back with our 3rd episode 18 now in a row, but we'll be back in a week with our 2nd episode 19 to get us all back on track. As always this was recorded way back in 2014 and I haven't heard much except enough to try and figure out what I was doing with the episode numbers. I still have no idea. Good luck.

DISCLAIMER: Look, apparently I didn't care about numbering stuff correctly back in 2014. Anarchy reigned and I just did whatever I wanted. As such this is episode 18 again, except I call it episode 19 in the show, except that then we number a totally different episode as 19, and then THAT becomes the standard numbering going forward. Oh also I'm about to hit you with an episode 18.5 in a week.

Ok I'm back posting retro episodes. I think I remember how this works. I talk about anything as long as it in no way pertains to this thing we recorded in 2013 or 2014, right?

Hey folks, we have a missing episode!

We're done with Horror Month, so naturally we wrote more horror related stories. These are those stories. Warning, contains robots!

Like all things, even Horror Month must come to an end. We've reach that point now and I'm going to miss writing descriptions for shows posting months from now that have a spooky theme. On the hand I don't like the word spooky very much and I've used it a lot, so this is also saving me from myself. Based on the title this is either the introduction to or further adventures of Goat Man and Puberty Wolf, which would remain an inside joke of Aaron and mine until even this new run of episodes.

We've come to the 5th week of Horror Month, which for those of us in the here and now means April. While we are thinking about time, here's another interesting note: I wrote this in February, so everything is a lie, time is meaningless, we might as well just all do what we want.

It has been a while, but we are both here with new stories for you. New dad Jon and frequent dad Aaron share life insight and more. This month's theme was open and free so enjoy 'Blood on the Leaves' and 'Helping Paw', two stories that couldn't be more different.

As I post these episodes it becomes clear that the title of Horror Month is a bit misleading. For one the episode before it all started was a horror story, but wasn't a part of it. Secondly there are six parts to Horror Month. I'm pretty sure October (or March in this case) does not have six weeks in it. Then again, maybe back then it did. Maybe these came out on an endless October in what was probably 2013 or 2014... spoooky!
