After the lacklustre and aimless Paranormal Activity 4, the popular supernatural found-footage franchise desperately needed reviving. Luckily, The Marked Ones does just that! It’s fun and well-acted, and it manages to simultaneously tie itself back to the first three movies while completely overlooking the fourth - which is exactly what the audience deserves.
