On Wednesday August 31, 2019 (28 Tamuz 5779), the Pardes Summer Program welcomed Israel's first ordained Ethiopian Rabbi, Sharon Shalom. He shared his incredible journey from Sudan to Jerusalem, and discussed even his recent involvement in the Netflix film, The Red Sea Diving Resort.
