Sometimes we need to be conscious of our thoughts and what we share with others because the other person(s) on the receiving end may not very well know how to receive the information or what/how to apply it to their situation. In other words, they might not be as receptive as you think....
It's ok to have expectations for yourself and others but it is important to remember when creating this list that you ask yourself, " Are the expectations that I have for others too high or unrealistic?" Should I let go of the expectations?
Self-Care is the way in which we love for ourselves emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is extremely important that we practice self-care and incorporate these techniques and strategies into our daily lives. What are you doing to include self-care into your daily regimen?
We allow others to repeatedly show us who they are. Once they've shown us their true self, we must believe and understand that this is who they are. Stop making excuses for them and/or pointing the finger at them because we are to blame. Moving forward, when they show you believe them.
Jai shares when you start to love yourself you will find that your need for a man is not #1 on your list. You'll be more happier with the person that you are becoming and will be more in charge of of your life. You will no longer require approval from others. You'll definitely start setting boundaries when it pertains to dating and relationships. Last but not least, you will start to develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Jai speaks on a pet peeve that she has in which this particular one is especially annoying. In her favorite words, "If you rock with me you rock with me and if you don't you don't. No love lost!"
Jai shares a message about how fear took over her thoughts and had her having doubts about following through with Pardon Me Please Podcast.
