Hey There and Welcome to Fall!

We are back in action and by now, I’m sure you all are fried with school, new commitments and all of the Fall transitions that you are moving through. In this tip of the week I want to share one of my favorite and most effective tools for moving through all of your day to day transitions. This tool works great with your everyday  kid and those with complex trauma.

To see a hands on demo of this tool check out our latest video ‘Strong Sitting Demo’ on the video tab or on Youtube:https://youtu.be/e63_kD1d2Wo

In your spare time be sure to check out this article from UNC’s Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute that highlights the importance of parent training when dealing with kids with ADD. Solid parental training is an invaluable and empowering tool set that every parent/caregiver/guardian should have access to when rearing kids. Thank goodness, science is finally catching up!!
