As Senior Director of Client Development at Rain the Growth agency, Bianca leads new business initiatives and works across all departments to manifest measurable and unprecedented growth for clients. She believes in achieving big scary goals for people and
businesses. Stagnation is not an option. Bianca began her career working in Account Management and Sales Marketing roles. After spending time at global companies such as
Hershey, Kellogg's and Coca-Cola, she was recruited by CEO Michelle Cardinal to join Rain. Bianca is a driving force behind SheScales, a marketing accelerator within her organization that empowers female-founders to scale fearlessly. She also sits on the Board of ‘The Initiative’, a business boot camp and funding resource for female-founded cannabis businesses. Bianca is passionate about diversity and empowering women.
Bianca and her husband enjoy Portland’s delicious vegan food, exploring the world, staying active through fitness, and raising their four kids to be good humans
