Life as a teen is hard enoygh.  Lately it seems like schools and lawmakers want it to be even worse for young trans, nonbinary, and LGBTQ+ kids entirely!

There are new rules and laws that are trying to be passed that would require parental permissions to be given before a school will use a childs preferred name and pronouns.

Quite a horrible thing to discriminate. We know how problematic this will actually be for those kids in unsafe and abusive environments.  Will this raise the rate of homelessness for LGBTQ+ youth?  Will suicide rates increase? Its made even worse in the aftermath of Roe v. Wade being torn down.  Despite wanting to "protect" children, it seems the only children truly being looked out for are the unborn ones.
