Sometimes we don't always talk to our children about real-life situations lets be more open and holds space that allows our kids to not only be vulnerable but to feel any emotion they're experiencing. Let us have the hard conversations, its okay to not have all the answers let's let our children know they have our support. I also talk about chores and a new concept that might help your child be self-motivated to get it done. I came up with an idea that has worked for my household because let's be honest we don't always want to do everything for everyone. It's healthy to start teaching our kids to get involved in the housework. Listen for more!
