A couple of weeks ago my son Eric asked me to do a podcast on "Parenting Hacks."

I laughed because for a mom of many, it has been about survival, not about creating clever ways of living.

Yet as I thought more deeply about it, I realized that I had developed a way of thinking about life which had HELPED me survive the hard years of motherhood.

I guess you could say this is an emotional mommy hack!
