When a child is diagnosed with ADHD or Anxiety, parents are overwhelmed and not sure what to do next. We are often not aware of the social and emotional impact that these struggles have on learning, motivation, behavior, and the whole family dynamic.  And this last year has been especially difficult for all of us.  

    Dana helps parents and families understand and navigate the challenges of the teen years by giving them tools and practical strategies that allow them to communicate and parent more effectively. As a result, my clients have a more peaceful home, feel closer to their children, and are able to handle the challenges with confidence and grace.
