Mothers suffer more than anyone else when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep. In a study of people’s sleep patterns, the only consistent factor was kids. Women without kids get at least 7 hours a night and those with kids, less than half get 7 hours. We’re tired more days of the month than women with no kids at home. But dads? Their sleeping habits weren’t changed with or without kids. The house, the job, the kids. For each kid in the house, the odds of us getting less than 6 hours of sleep is increased by 50%.
