Hillary trained as an artist at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco. On her Honeymoon, she decided to quit her comfortable job and pursue real estate investing.

Within four years, she raised just under three million in private funds.

She believes investing is more than a money-making venture, but a mentality. While having two children, she purchased (42+) single and multi-family properties. She owns cash flowing rentals, notes and has flipped houses. She runs a flourishing wholesale real estate company with (10) members. And she is a licensed realtor.

She is passionate about personal growth and supporting the growth of others. As a business leader at work and in the community she works to ensure everyone has the tools and support needed to succeed. She is a regular speaker, and she hosts a show to empower women in the industry.
