P. Whitney and Brian Shelly bring us another episode of Constitution Applied.  Recently a lower court overturned a court decision that gave parents the right to determine if their children should be vaccinated.  The Supreme Court instructed the lower court to go back and review their decision.  Whenever State Constitutions violate the Federal Constitution, the Federal Constitution supersedes.  In this case, lawmakers cannot make a law that violates freedom of religion, free speech.  See the Bill of Rights.
