Head of the Public Relations Unit at the Ghana Education Service, Daniel Fenyi, has clarified that the GES cannot compel PTAs to collect money from parents since they operate independently. He further urged parents to approach Senior High School matters with empathy and understanding, emphasizing that such issues are more about human relations than system failures.
