Nadia is currently Head of Data Science (ML and AI) at Lean Technologies and has invested time to share her story with us, hoping to encourage more women to follow in her footsteps.

In this episode, Dr. Annie Hou, Senior Vice President of Data Science at GroupM outlines her career in data, following her PhD in Physics and Astronomy at the McMaster University in Ontario, where she was awarded the Alexander Graham Bell Canadian Graduate Scholarship ($105,000) and nominated for the prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship.

Annie moved from academia to industry in 2014, starting as a Data Analyst Intern and worked her way up to Senior Vice President at GroupM, the world’s leading media investment company, where she now manages a global team of Data Scientists.
