The Ministry of Finance and the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) are collaborating on a $3-billion project for small businesses.It falls under the Social and Economic Recovery and Vaccine (SERVE) Jamaica Programme, for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to reset their operations.Finance Minister Dr Nigel Clarke emphasized that business must continue to function in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic. He pointed out too that Jamaica has been able to maintain macroeconomic stability throughout the pandemic.
