Today we are talking about a seriel killer that probably not alot of people have heard of. I'm not exactly sure why he isn't more known because this monster murdered 28 teenagers during his killing spree and possibly more. We usually don't like doing two part episodes, however this case has so much info it would have been very hard to fit it all in an hour.
