What’s up guys in this episode I talk about two words constructive comparison. Many of you right away go to constructive criticism but there is a huge difference in the value of this theory that I’m going to discus. Throughout my 24 years of coaching I have learned in order to teach an athlete to keep moving forward they need comparisons but CONSTRUCTIVE.
