It has recently become known to us that there are serious plans to log in the Highwood River drainage area. Affected watershed zones include, Fitzsimmons Creek, Baril Creek, Etherinton Creek, Cataract Creek and Highwood River. All of these watersheds are in prime wildlife habitats.
