Hi and welcome! This is my first time doing a podcast episode and today I will be talking about PTSD, the signs and symptoms and how I can affect you and your family. I’ll also have a special guest, my dad, Dj, who has been a firefighter for the last 22 years and I’ll be discussing with him when he thinks his PTSD started and what he was going through before he got his diagnosis and how he’s doing now!
