Four types of government: 

1.  self,
2. the family,
3.  the church,
4.  civil government. 

The first 3 forms of government must be healthy, intact, and functioning well for the 4th form of government in a free republic under a constitution to function well. 

If the first 3 are battered, bruised, broken and dysfunctional, the fourth form of government will surely fall from within. 

1. The first type of government is the government of self. 

We have relationships, handle our own health, work to earn a living, and solve the problems we have ourselves within the context of our family & friendships.
2. The second form of government described in the Bible is the family.  In this type of government is a small unit consisting of a husband and a wife, and often children.

The family is the basis of any well-functioning society, and it is the form of government on which the world rests. And the foundation of a family is love.

3. The third form of government is the church.  

Church is the collective, nation-wide Bible believing churches across America, which have their roots and foundation in Scripture, regardless of denomination or form. 

Church areas of jurisdiction:
Faith- 

The basis of faith must be in something greater than ourselves. It’s here where the big questions of life are answered, who are we? Why were we born? What plan does God have for me? Does my life have value? God answers these questions for each individual in a complete and wonderful way, and it’s in our faith in God that we see who we are, and why he made us. 

• Financial:
• Here we learn the best and most prosperous method on how to handle money. 
• Marriage—Why is biblical marriage under such attack today in the world and in our country?
•  it's because marriage is the metaphor,  the earthly picture, of the relationship that Jesus has with the church. The Bible calls Jesus the bride groom and his church the bride and one of the marriage classes went into this in depth about how Jesus loves the church cares for the church feeds her provides for her protects her loves her eventually dies for her and is raised again on the third day for her
• Parenting-
• Parenting is addressed in the Bible, and so many of the practical how twos and ideas we learned at church.
• Friendships: True friendships are found and built on our faith, and this type of friendship is not based on economic or social status. 

 4. The fourth area of government is civil.  This is the form of government of a group of people that share a common geography that is supposed to keep order in society as a whole, protecting those who abide by the law of the land and punishing those who are law breakers.  

Civil government is necessary for the order of society, to avoid anarchy and chaos.  And civil government is defined and maintained by its geographical boundaries and borders.
