Flow, also referred to as, "being in the zone," is a mental state experienced when one is fully immersed, involved and focused on a single activity. The creative process feels effortless, fully present and rewarding. We connect more deeply to our true nature, inner knowing and who we were meant to be. Resistance is a natural part of being human, the creative process and life. It's essential to strengthen the muscle in order to navigate through Resistance so we can experience the positive benefits of Creative Flow.
