It’s true. Having achieved a high level of success in network marketing, I considered myself an expert. BUT I was an expert at only one aspect of the business — the NETWORKING.
I got really good at connecting, developing rapport, fostering and nurturing relationships. And those skills got me very far in my career.
But the entire time I had unknowingly neglected other skills that I now consider necessary — the MARKETING.
As I learn marketing, I now have an even clearer understanding of what true fundamentals are. And they may not necessarily be what we typically have though in our profession.
