In this 2nd instalment we welcome back Matt Jones who is an entrepreneur and business owner that has employed more than 100 staff over the past decade and a half. Matt founded his own creative advertising agency in 2011 which he grew into a multi-million-pound national business which he went on to sell through a management buyout in October 2019.

He then set up building a fantastic male grooming brand MESOA For Men which over the past two years has allowed him to apply many of the skills gained through his career in advertising in a new environment.
