Now coming off my emotional wave I have found some sense of clarity. I understand on a deeper level of how I need to love myself and how even though I want to experience that love in return it may never happen. How this expectation is something I desire but I have to surrender to this. 

I also realized how much the rise of the self is happening collectively and could my Layered Onion Theory be used on a collective scale.
