This is the second part of an interview with Dr John Sottery! In the first part Nikou and Dr John really focused on gut health, including omega 3, PPD and mental health disorders and why you want to remove vegetable and seed oils from your life! In this second part, they delve deep into a couple of Dr John's specialities, anti-aging, biohacking, skin care and the importance of sleep.

  • When having insulin tests completed many people think as long as they are in the ‘normal range' that they are ok. But the range is dictated by the last 5000 people that did the test, so in somewhere like the US where most people's insulin is already too high, the normal range will be too high too.

  • The role of vitamin D in health is often so underrated. If everyone in the world could get their vitamin D levels higher it would dramatically increase the worlds health. People would get less illnesses like the flu and covid but would also combat these illnesses more effectively with less long term complications if they did contract them.

  • Nitric oxide has huge benefits. When people go plant based this increases massively which means they perform better mentally and physically. It also aids to keep blood pressure at a youthful level.
