Our guest for the next two episodes is Aidan McCullen. Aidan is the bestselling author of, Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organizations, and Life. Aidan is also the host and founder of the Innovation Show and a Change Consultant and Executive Coach. He works with organizational teams to improve how they engage and innovate.

Aidan McCullen played over 100 times for Europe's most successful Rugby teams and represented Ireland in international games. However, professional sports have a short life span and he had to reinvent his career after professional rugby.

After working in digital transformation and innovation, today, he sits on the board of National Broadband Ireland, rolling out connectivity to the remotest parts of Ireland. Aidan developed and delivered a module on Emerging Technology Trends at Trinity College Business School, which ranked 1st in Europe.
