In this episode I interviewed one of my one on one athletes as to what constructive comparison means to her. I have been working with her since she was eight years old, it’s crazy we have almost been working together for 10 years!Gianna Baca is a Junior in HS this year and soon will be embarking on the next chapter of her softball career. #classof2024 It is important as a coach to make sure that not only my athletes are physically moving healthy but also thinking healthy, processing and receiving things healthy around them.
