Being organised is the 3rd key element to building more mindfulness into each and every day.

Benjamin Franklin famously said, when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. When we take time each day to plan and organise, we have more space in our minds, this in turn gifts us more space in our perception of reality.

In today's episode I discuss ways to better organise and manage our to-do lists, ways to gently observe thoughts, feelings and our true reality; and how these things have great potential and influence over our moods and entire lives.
