This is Part Two in a series of discussions on Daybreak between Russell Bowers and consultant, Trudy Pelletier. It's been two years since 2017's #MeToo movement started to bring forward issue of sexual harassment in a variety of workplace environments. While it has allowed the airing of some difficult and important conversations, new research shows it has also created significant backlash. It has made some leaders worry about their ability to unify teams and make all genders feel safe, protected, seen, heard and most importantly understood. Trudy Pelletier is a Calgary business consultant and she has been working with local employers in Alberta to address these issues.
