Jamaica’s small business operators have been urged to take up grants and loans to go digital.This appeal has come from Minister of Finance Dr Nigel Clarke who declares that companies in this sector must reposition for growth in the digital space.Money under the Development Bank of Jamaica’s SERVE programme is to be disbursed through various financial institutions across the country. Minister Clarke pleaded to those in the small business sector to make contact with them.
