Part 4: The Disciple Maker "Go and Make Disciples" (Matthew 28:19)
Key Scripture: Matthew 28:16-20
Focus: The fourth chair is where the true multiplication begins. Disciple makers not only work for the Kingdom but are actively involved in reproducing themselves by making other disciples.
Main Points:
Multiplication: Jesus' ultimate command to His followers is to make disciples. Disciple makers multiply themselves by investing in others who will, in turn, make more disciples.
Characteristics of a Disciple Maker: Disciple makers are spiritually mature, committed to raising up other leaders and investing in the growth of new believers, workers, and disciple makers.
Jesus Commission to Disciple Makers: The Great Commission is the mission statement of the Church. It's not just about evangelizing but also about teaching others to follow all that Jesus commanded.
Application: Challenge the church to move beyond just being workers and to take the next step into discipleship-making relationships. Equip leaders to mentor, disciple, and train others in their faith.
Challenge: Who are you discipling? How are you actively multiplying your faith in others?
