In Part 5 Morgan and Alisha are talking about the anxieties of going to the gym, being at the gym, what people are thinking, etc. Alisha shares great ways to stay motivated and stress free at the gym. They talk about how to step into the gym comfortably and ready to work out! Gym time is your time, don’t let anything stop you from taking care of yourself. Along with another reminder to drink your water, and stay hydrated! Any workout is better than no workout, thank yourself for giving yourself this time and space to work on yourself. Thank you.
