In the episode Deb and Nina discuss the contentious relationship of food in media, how its only the men that eat, and women are only "allowed"to eat through heartbreak and menstruation. The never ending la-la-land machine doesn't show good relationships with food and so the public doesn't learn good food relationships. 

Eat what you want, when you want it, and if your date is offended, call an uber and order a pizza.
