In Part 1 of this two-part episode featuring Professor Elizabeth Grimm Arsenault, we reflect on the Orlando attack and discuss the challenges intelligence agencies face in preventing “lone wolf” attacks. She then takes us through the basics of Intelligence: What is it? What are the various types and disciplines? How do we do it effectively? -We also discuss the so-called “liberty vs. security” debate.
