Let's get physical, physical, I want to get physical, let's get into physical... Okay, all cheese aside, in episode five, I discuss why daily movement is a non-negotiable requirement during this time.    

Now that we are well into week five,  most of us have and/or are feeling a lot of anxiety, depression,  sleep disruption, body tension, aches and pains.   I explain why this is the natural physical reaction when faced with high levels of prolonged stress combined with a more sedentary lifestyle. 

I share with you the natural remedy to these symptoms and offer advice around how to implement more movement into your life during the pandemic.

I inspire and motivate you to find ways to increase your physical activity that will ultimately provide you with the much-needed benefits we are all craving right now.
