In part one of Red Eye Radio, the jury is now deliberating in the Trump trial. Judge Merchan lied to the jurors by not explaining what the law is in this case. Senator Ted Cruz says the trial is a blatant case of election interference. The Supreme Court will have to change immunity parameters with ex-presidents. Boston Mayor says she would support a no prosecute list that includes shoplifting, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering with property damage. Biden implies in a speech that VP Harris was a DEI hire. A Democratic lawmaker pleas to fellow Democrats to push through a bill to send pedophiles who buy sex with children to prison. SCOTUS judge Alito will not recuse himself from Jan. 6 cases.
