Butternut Squash Pie
3/4 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup cooked butternut squash
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 deep 9" pie shell
Beat together sugar and eggs. Add squash, vanilla and melted butter. Mix, then add milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
