BEFORE YOU LISTEN – Check out Catherine’s first two episodes E3 Part 1 – Episode 5 Part 2.

This time I got to hear the last two birth stories from Catherine. We see here why informed birth preparation puts you in a great position to have a positive, informed direction on your birth and how the journey progresses. In this episode you will hear how Catherine listened to her intuition and looked upon her past births to prepare her self for fast birth, and she was right! Both births were quick and both at home! You will get a insight here into how she sets up her support team, nuts out a 60 page birth plan, asks the un-askable questions and then how it all come together to be shared in a informative birth map book!  This is birth before arrival with out any drama, she was prepared, relaxed and ready for it! I love Catherine’s lightness and love as she tells this story, very engaging and fun this woman is!  For example check out this video below..

Bellabirth was born out of my drive to share this knowledge.  I became a Birth Cartographer.

I was frustrated at the need-to-know nature of the maternity system, and the limited information provided when facing decisions.  Using my Science degree (majored in Anthropology and Biology), my honours (morphology), my Masters (Science Communication) and the specialist certificates in Breastfeeding Counselling and Education and doulaing, I set off on my mission.
