My guest today is Alex Pombo, Adoption Officer at Partisia Blockchain. Alex is a multifaceted entrepreneur and thought leader with a wide-ranging international background. Holding a BA in political science and Slavonic language and literature from the University of Zurich and an MA in political science with a focus on multi-party computation and blockchain voting systems, Alex's perspective on blockchain and Web3 is unique.

With experience spanning government roles in Colombia and Switzerland, he co-founded Neram Pharmaceuticals and steered it as CEO, pioneering the first Swiss-Colombian alliance in the medical cannabis industry and expanding its reach to over 10 countries. Alex's expertise extends to his roles on the board of directors for two companies and as an advisor to several others.

I've been chatting with Alex for the past year or so, and it was a pleasure to finally sit down and talk with him about what he's doing with Partesia and explore his thoughts about Web3 and crypto in general.
