The partnership between Buffalo City Metro (BCM) and Chippa United is set to continue yet again next season. There were concerns that BCM might break ties with the Port Elizabeth-based club, especially when the Chilli Boyz were flirting with relegation this past season. However, BCM head of communications Samkelo Ngwenya has insisted that their partnership with the Absa Premiership outfit will continue as the Chilli Boyz are going to play some of their matches – five league matches – at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium in Mdantsane. The Chilli Boyz get R1,5 million from BCM for each match they play in Mdantsane.
