About the panel:
Mohit is a 25 year old investor with 23 units out of state. Previously, Mohit worked at Greystar Real Estate Partners and Levrose Commercial Real Estate
Jen Katsev is a community builder and founder of 506 Club, a curated and experienced investor network that is the one-stop spot for connecting accredited and sophisticated investors with syndicators. Prior, she served as the Director of Marketing at a Silicon Valley private equity firm, helping raise capital for over $200M in commercial real estate, and was also the founder of the Bay Area Commercial & Multifamily investment club, hosting top industry expert speakers including the Chief Economist of Fannie Mae.
Jen moved to Bulgaria in 2019 after meeting her husband and inheriting 4 generation beekeeping family tradition and now runs the Bulgarian Honey Company. As a high performance coach, Jen believes that you CAN have it all, and her focus is to help high achievers experience fulfillment and joy in their successes, and produce high-achievement results in all areas of their lives that are not as successful yet.
