It’s my 100th podcast episode! That’s a lot of podcast episodes! Almost as many podcast episodes as half the amount of episodes of the total amount of friends episodes! I had to do to something stellar to commemorate my 100th episode, (cuz you gotta do something to commem that 100th ‘sode!) and I couldn’t help but feel a calling about letting out a big luxurious vent about what has changed about wellness since I started my podcast 100 episodes ago. A lot’s different. Both in my heart and soul and in the “wellness industry,” and in this podcast episode I play one of my favorite games and share 2 truths and a lie all about the wellness industry!
